Hope you are all doing well, and are enjoying the beginning of Summer! Just wanted to check in and let you guys know about the surveys.
As most of you may know, we have sent the Backer Kit surveys! This means that you will get to choose all your watch options, as well as fill out all your shipping information, It is important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can since we need this information for fulfilling your rewards.
You do not need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey, just click on the survey link, fill it out, and you’re all good to go! You will be able to answer questions about your rewards preferences, provide shipping information, and pledge for more “add-ons” if you'd like.
If you decide later that you want to edit your survey response, you can go back to your survey and change it any time before we lock down the surveys for processing.
If you use your Facebook login for your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey will be sent to the email you used for your Facebook account. Otherwise it's the email associated with your Kickstarter Account.
A few people have been asking about the strap options, and how to choose them on the backer kit. Choose the watches you want, then you will move to the add-on section, where you will be able to add-on any additional strap colors you'd like, as well as add-on other items.
